We like to start working on your stationery approximately 1 year in advance of the big day. This allows us to create the perfect design, unique to you, and allow plenty of time for you to get out your Save the Dates (generally sent 8-10 months prior) and work on getting the details perfect for the rest of the invitation suite.

Once you’ve picked the package that feels right for you — Shepherds Fold, Barley Nook, or Harvest Moon — just send an enquiry via the contact form. Please note, prices in the packages are just a starting point, full costs will depend on what exactly you want for your invites, extra embellishments will cost a little extra!
Tell us a little about your wedding:
- You and your Fiancé(e)'s full names
- Contact email and phone number
- Date of the big day
- Wedding venue
- Number of guests (day/evening)
- Which specific items of stationery you are interested in getting (please be specific i.e. invitations, menus, save the dates, table names, etc)
- Feel free to upload any images of inspiration of themes (Pinterest is great if your struggling). Think imagery and colours!
- Any extra information you think I'll need
Once I've got your email, we’ll arrange a relaxed design consultation (by email or video call) to gather everything we need to nail down the look your going for.
Although not necessary at this point, it would be super helpful if you had an idea on your wording, venue style, as well as the stylistic choices you've sent me previously.
I'll also let you know a bit more about the timeline we are working with.
Once we've wrapped up the call, I'll curate an quote specifically for our project for you to have a look at. You'll need to pay 50% of this invoice to secure your booking.
This is where I start to work my magic! I’ll create some initial digital sketches of your bespoke stationery designs and send digital proofs for your review. You’ll have time to request tweaks and refinements to make everything just right.
Once you’re happy, I’ll start crafting your final designs. I'll keep you updated with images my designing via email as I progress so you can see how your invitations are shaping up.
Once I have completed your invitations, I'll send over the final high-resolution files, ready for you to give them a final check over. This is you final chance to make amendments and correct wording and spelling mistakes.
Once you've given your final approval, I'll send everything off to print!
The worst bit about this is waitng for Postie to deliver your goods!
Once sent to print, I'll get them delivered to me, this is so I can do some quality control before they get to you. I'll make sure all printing, colours and card have come out amazingly, so you don't have to worry about it.
Then, as soon as I can (because I know you'll be eager to see your invites!), I'll get it all in to post to you. And then you've just got to wait for your Postie to arrive!
With your suite complete and ready to go, you’ll have everything beautifully aligned and full of heart — ready to share with your guests and set the tone for your countryside celebration. Please note, you might need to do some constructing and addressing of your invites, although I'm happy to do this for you if you'd like, just let me know!

Prices are only an approximation based on a basic invitation set with bespoke graphics, individual price quotes will be given to each couple after an enquiry emal/call.
